IKO Mach One Flat Roofing 20 Year Warranty in Peterlee Co Durham
Peterlee Social Club Flat roof.
DVC have recently completed this project whilst the Social club was left to function under normal working hours. This roof was completed using IKO Mach One single ply system within 4 weeks from erecting scaffold to completion. The existing waterproofing was Traditional Asphalt however after a full survey and core samples it was evident that the existing asphalt was structurally sound but had lost its waterproofing integrity.
What we Done.
IKO supplied us with a full roof specification to achieve on completion a full 20 year single point warranty. We prepared and primed all existing asphalt prior to the single layer of IKO Mach One being applied. To all the parapet walls we cut down the existing copping stone to allow us to take the Mach One system up and over finishing the front perimeter with a 60mm grp trim. This method was used to ensure full isolation of all parapet walls to eliminate the risk of any water ingress.
