New Flat Roof for KIER Capital Projects in Cumbria
We carried out new flat roof works for KIER Capital Projects, having gone through a tender process before being appointed in April 2017. DVC Roofing was KIER’s preferred sub-contractor, having worked on live schools under KIER’s strict procedures.
The new flat roof was predominantly completed during term time and supervised by Kier using their stringent approach to health & safety. DVC worked closely with the Head Teacher, the Local Authority, and their consultants to deliver a design guaranteed to last for 20 years, on time and within budget. The outcome is that the insulation of the primary school has improved and heating costs have reduced for many years to come.
