Delivering roofing excellence since 1995

DVC pledge support to Safe2Torch

DVC has pledged support following our continuous commitment to ensure our employees reduce fire risks whilst using the hot works. NFRC’s Safe2Torch campaign actively promotes the necessity of safety and best practices when using gas torches.

Working together as an industry to best practice safety requirements of the Safe2Torch guidance will potentially reduce roof fires and give added assurance to client projects.

From NFRC- ‘The Safe2Torch campaign is designed to support specification writers to comply with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015, and ties in with the HSE’s led ‘Helping Great Britain Work Well’ strategy which promotes a safer and healthier working environment.  Put simply, Safe2Torch is a positive message which puts safety first at the design stage.’
