- Compliance with BS 6229:2018 – The installation followed best practice for flat roofs with continuously supported flexible waterproof coverings. - Warm roof construction – Insulation was positioned above the structural deck, enhancing thermal performance and reducing condensation risks. This method improves energy efficiency while protecting the building from thermal stress.
- High-performance materials – Protan’s single-ply PVC system is designed to withstand harsh UK weather, including heavy rain, UV exposure, and temperature fluctuations.

- Guarantee & certification: The newly installed roof comes with a 20-year guarantee and is backed by BBA Approval Inspection Certification, confirming its durability and fitness for purpose.
- Electronic Leak Detection (ELD): After installation, we performed advanced ELD testing to verify membrane integrity. This method detects even microscopic leaks, ensuring the roof is completely watertight.
- Meticulous workmanship: Every stage of the project – from substrate preparation and insulation installation to membrane detailing and final testing – was carefully monitored to maintain high-quality standards. This approach reduces the risk of future repairs and ensures long-term performance.
