All roof skylights were fitted with a new barrel-vaulted insulated aluminium window, and a new Vapour Control Layer (VCL) was fixed directly to the metal profile sheets. A new 160mm flat roof board insulation and staggered joints were adhered to the VCL with MOY Pu adhesive, a method that ensured the VCL was not breached by using screw fixings. The finished commercial flat roof membrane applied to the insulation board consisted of two MOY Paralon Torch layer systems. The first layer was a torch on underlay followed by MOY Paralon torch on Cap Sheet.
