commercial flat roof contractors

NOE CPC Minor Works, Trades and Associated Services DPS

DVC Roofing is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a place on the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) Minor Works, Trades and Associated Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This is an important milestone for our business and an opportunity to be considered for relevant roofing projects across the public sector.

The DPS, reference NOE.0543, covers a range of minor works, trades and associated services, including roofing. It provides NHS trusts and other eligible public-sector organisations with a procurement route for sourcing suitable contractors for individual projects.

What does the NOE CPC Appointment Mean?

Being appointed to the DPS means DVC Roofing can be considered for relevant opportunities advertised through this procurement route, subject to each project’s requirements and the applicable competition process.

This appointment is an important milestone for DVC Roofing, giving us the opportunity to be considered for suitable commercial roofing projects through the NOE CPC DPS, alongside other appointment suppliers.

For Facility managers responsible for public buildings, choosing the right roofing contractor is an important part of keeping building safe, secure and fit for purpose.

Clear procurement processes can help buyers identify contractors for work that meets the needs of their property and individual project.

The Importance of Reliable Roofing for Public-Sector Buildings

Roofing for Public Sectors

Roofs play a vital role in protecting buildings, their occupants and the activities taking place inside them. This is particularly important in healthcare settings, where leaks or avoidable building disruption can affect the day-to-day running of facilities.

Effective roofing for healthcare facilities requires careful planning, appropriate materials and work carried out with consideration for the building and its users.

Regular Commercial roof maintenance can help identify developing issues before they become more significant. small defects, damaged details or blocked drainage may allow water to enter the building if left unaddressed. Arranging commercial roof inspections can help facility managers understand the condition of a roof, prioritise repairs and plan future maintenance more effectively.

Taking a proactive approach to roof care can also help organisations make informed decisions about budgets and long-term building maintenance. Rather than waiting for a leak or visible damage to develop, planned inspections can provide a clearer picture of a roof’s condition and help determine which works requires attention first.

Roof Repair, Maintenance and Replacement: Taking a Considered Approach

Every Roof is different, and the right solution depends on its age, construction, condition and the needs of the building. In some cases, targeted repairs may be appropriate. In others, a planned commercial roof replacement may be the more suitable long-term option.

A professional roof inspection can help establish the likely cause of problems and inform decisions about the next steps.

As expert commercial roofing contractors, DVC Roofing understands delivering projects with attention to qualify, safety and the requirements of each site. We look forward to exploring opportunities where our experience can support the needs of eligible public-sector organisation.

This appointment is positive news for DVC Commercial Roofing Contractors and represents a further opportunity to develop relationships with organisations responsible for public-sector buildings. We are pleased to be included on the NOE CPC DPS and look forward to being considered for suitable roofing opportunities as they arise.
