Commercial Flat Roofing Solution
Given the extent of deterioration identified, the roofing strategy centred on delivering a modern, high-performance Commercial Flat Roofing system designed for durability, energy efficiency, and long-term waterproofing protection.
A critical upgrade involved improving the thermal performance of the roof. Insulation levels were increased to 120mm to ensure full compliance with current Building Regulations and to enhance the building’s energy efficiency. Once the new insulation was installed, the IKO Mach One Single Ply Roofing System was laid in strict accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
