Jesmond Three Sixty: Phase 2 roof refurbishment works – complete
Phase 2 of the roof refurbishment at Jesmond Three Sixty is now complete. Having previously completed phase 1 we are looking forward to starting working on phase 3 in the not so distant future.
Jesmond Three Sixty is a residential and leisure complex based in the trendy suburb of Jesmond in Newcastle. With the aim of redefining apartment living in the city and with a focus on becoming an aspirational destination, the building has fast become one of the area’s most successful exclusive mixed-use schemes.
In partnership with Moy Materials, we are delighted to complete the second phase of the Protan single-ply PVC warm roof waterproofing system installation which has been installed in compliance with the “BS 6229:2018: Flat roofs with continuously supported flexible waterproof coverings” code of practice.
The new waterproofing system is guaranteed for the next 20 years, certified by the BBA Approval Inspection Certification and has a life expectancy of at least 40 years. To provide the client with additional peace of mind, we also carried out an Electronic Leak Detection (ELD) Test which confirmed the integrity of the new roof waterproofing system.
