We’re excited to welcome Sukanya as the new Head of Business Growth at DVC! With her expertise in business development and customer relationship management, she’s already making a significant impact in driving our growth forward.

Prior to joining DVC, Sukanya brings valuable experience from the construction sector, specialising in insurance, compliance, building regulations, and involvement in her own construction and refurbishment projects. We’re thrilled to have her on the team and look forward to a bright future together!

About Sukanya

Sukanya brings a diverse academic and professional background. She studied in Birmingham and spent time living in Newark before returning to her hometown of Cleethorpes. Her career began in private healthcare as a foot health practitioner, with ambitions to qualify in podiatry and eventually become a surgeon. Over the past four years, Sukanya has successfully transitioned into the construction industry, where she has gained valuable experience. Complementing her practical skills, she also holds a degree in Computer Science, highlighting her versatile expertise.

Outside of work, Sukanya enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She loves exploring new places and is a fan of dining out. To stay active, she regularly goes to the gym and enjoys swimming.

Q: What does a typical day look like for you as a Head of Business Growth at DVC?

A: A typical day at DVC involves attending meetings, connecting with new clients, and strengthening relationships with existing ones. I’m responsible for driving marketing efforts across various social media platforms and representing the brand at events to increase awareness. I’m excited to see what opportunities this industry holds and to grow within it.

Q: What’s a professional achievement you are proud of?

A: A personal achievement I’m proud of is writing and publishing a book focused on mindset and personal development.
