IKO Polimar Liquid Roofing 20 Year warranty
This existing roof was constructed of timber decking covered with standard GRP Fibreglass. This system had cracked due to its rigid compound and was letting in water. This roof was used as a balcony there for it is being walked on and movement in the decking will occur so IKO polimar liquid roofing was suggested as it will move with the building but also stay waterproof.

We boarded the roof covering with new T&G 22mm Decking to give a more structurally sound substrate. We then applied IKO Polimar liquid roofing, 20 year warranty in stages, final coat we incorporated a quarts, an anti slip to the finished system.
This roof will now be signed off and warranties sent to the customer direct from IKO PLC Waterproofing.
