Project – IKO Polimar Liquid Roofing at Snooker Hall
DVC Roofing went out to survey this roof at Whitley Snooker Hall. It was a traditional felt flat roof that was past it’s life span and needed gentrification.
It had then been overlaid with EPDM Rubber. The EPDM Rubber had started to deteriorate and pull away from the perimeter edge causing water ingress.
What We Did – IKO Polimar Liquid Roofing
DVC stripped off the Rubber EPDM down to the traditional existing felt. We then prepared the felt by cutting out any blisters and sealing in with torch on felt, in preparation to lay IKO Polimar Liquid waterproofing to achieve a 10 year warranty for the client.

IKO Polimar Liquid systems are extremely versatile, completely cold applied and can be specified to match the longevity of your project through a range of build-up options. Polimar is part of IKO’s cold applied portfolio. Cold applied systems meet the demand for specifications offering higher resistance to fire and spread of flames.
