Recognising Their Achievements
Vincent – Head of Estimating
Vincent’s journey in roofing began in a family business where he built a strong foundation in the industry. Since joining the team five years ago as a Senior Estimator, he has played a key role in securing projects and delivering great results. His promotion to Head of Estimating reflects his expertise, leadership and impact on the business.
Natalie – Operations Manager
Natalie has been with DVC Commercial Roofing for six years, starting as an Accounts Assistant and steadily working her way up. Her ability to manage complex operations and improve efficiency has been invaluable. This month, she completed her management training with SIM Cohort 14, further strengthening her leadership skills and ready to take up the role of Operations Manager.
David – Contracts Manager
David joined us a year ago as a Contracts Supervisor and has now been promoted to Contracts Manager as he has demonstrated exceptional roofing expertise on various projects. Recently, he completed the Jesmond Pool project and is now leading the efforts on the SoTech project to ensure a seamless delivery.
