IKO Mach One Commercial Project with Kier Services
This summer we’ve been extremely busy contracted by Kier Services for roof refurbishment works at Cramlington Learning Village in Northumberland. As we are in the first stages of the project, we thought we’d share the progress of the project.
Kier Group plc is a construction, services and property group active in building and civil engineering, support services, public and private house building, land development and the Private Finance Initiative.
The large scale commercial development requires the removal of the existing roof covering down to existing substrate, we are then supplying an IKO Mach one system, incorporating cut to fall insulation scheme and also renewing all roof skylights with new insulated kerb uPVC lights.
Contracted Roofing Work
The main contractor for this ongoing project is Kier Services, all work and site health and safety measures are followed to the highest possible standards set by kier red tops.
As a school roofing project, stringent health and safety measures are of absolute paramount to ourselves and Kier. We have a fulltime site foreman working with Kier Site manager ensuring good communication and safe working methods are maintained at all times.
